Kuriakose Elias English Medium School (KEEMS), Mannanam, Kottayam

Kuriakose Elias English Medium School (KEEMS), part of the renowned Kuriakose Elias Group of Educational Institutions, was established on July 16, 1991 in Mannanam, Kottayam, a historically significant place where St. Kuriakose Elias Chavara founded the CMI Congregation and his first Sanskrit school. The school is managed by CMI St. Joseph's Province, Thiruvananthapuram, and is named after the 19th-century visionary who contributed immensely to education in Kerala.

Initially recognized by the Government of Kerala, KEEMS began with Upper Primary and High School sections. Over the years, the institution expanded its educational services to meet the growing needs of the community. In June 1995, a Kindergarten section and Day Care Center were added to provide early childhood education. To align with national standards, the ICSE syllabus was introduced in 2000, and the school received ICSE Board affiliation in February 2002. It later achieved permanent affiliation to the ICSE Board, Delhi, with the inclusion of the Higher Secondary Section (ISC).

The school follows both State Syllabus and ICSE/ISC curriculum, offering students diverse learning pathways in Science, Commerce, and Computer Science.
